Da Dendi Sherpa Mountaineering Leader

Born in 1969 in the Khumbu region of Nepal, mountains are like a second home to me! I have climbed two of the 8000 meter peaks, with two attempts at the Mount Everest. I have vast experience of climbing/trekking. I am a keen traveler and like to visit new countries. Apart from my mother tongue Sherpa, I can speak fluent Nepali, English and Tibetan languages.

Pem Tenji Sherpa Mountaineering Leader

Pem has been working as a mountaineering leader since 1985. He has been associated with HGT since 2003. He is a veteran in this field and extremely knowledgeable about the mountains and its minute to minute details. He has travelled extensively throughout the mountaineering and trekking zones of Nepal like Everest Expeditions, Kyajo Ri peak, Mt. Cho-Oyo, Annapurna, Langtang, to name some... He has been on several expeditions organized by different countries like Germany, Tibet, Britain, Holland, Japan, Korea and USA.

Furba Pasang Sherpa Mountaineering Leader
With HGT since 2005
I have trekked all across Nepal and climbed most of the major peaks in Nepal. In this profession since 1977, mountains are where my passion lies! Born in 1963 in Solukhumbu, I studied till school level and have taken several trainings needed for this profession. I can speak English, Hindi, Nepali and Sherpa language. I have been with HGT since 2005 as a mountaineering leader. There is hardly any area that I have not been to in Nepal! I have also visited countries like India, Austria, Italy, Tibet and German. -
Bir Bahadur Magar Mountaineering Leader
With HGT since 2003
He is a veteran mountaineering leader of HGT. He landed on this earth in 1963 has been trekking since 1983 and has tremendous experience of peak and rock climbing. Bir is HGT's one of the most experienced mountaineering leader with over 20 years in this profession. He is from the Khumbu district in Everest region and has also undertaken government guide training courses.

Chhewang Palden Sherpa Mountaineering Leader
With HGT since 2005
I am from Solukhumbu region of Nepal and was born there in 1974. I have been in this profession since 1999 and enjoy every facet of it. I have been on many expeditions to Everest, Island Peak, Mera Peak to name some and even have summitted the Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world. I can converse English, Tibetan, Sherpa, Nepali and Hindi. I have undertaken trainings for guide, mountain rescue, first aid and English as well.

Mindu Chhiri Sherpa Mountaineering Leader
With HGT since 2008
Belonging to the mountainous and naturally beautiful place of Solukhumbu, Mindu Chhiri has been involved in mountaineering since 1992. Born among the mountains, he is familiar with the mountainous regions and has always been fascinated by it. He has taken trainings to become a fully professional and trained mountaineering guide. He speaks fluent English, Tibetan, Sherpa and Hindi languages.

Gadul Bahadur Tamang Mountaineering Leader
With HGT since 2008
Gadul has been working in tourism industry for over ten years now. Born in the beautiful Sagarmatha region in 1978, he has been attached to the mountains since his childhood. He specializes in both mountaineering and trekking. He is a fully trained leader and speaks English fluently. He has been on expeditions to various peaks of Nepal and also been on numerous trips to most of the famous trekking zones here. He is completely familiar with the Himalayan region and knows every detail of the region which comes in handy while leading the guests.
